The purchase of a property is an important financial and emotive step and at the same time it involves a certification process for both parties, so as to ensure the smooth completion of the contract and the avoidance of future problems. The fact that the presence of a lawyer at the signing of contracts is no longer required by law does not reduce even in the slightest the potential risk that the would-be buyer may face even in the immediate future.

The land registry process in our country is progressing and all real estate rights of individuals and legal entities must be carefully and accurately declared by qualified professionals to avoid mistakes, which in the future are likely to cost dearly. Lastly, due to human or even  natural causes, disputes may arise on neighboring or non-adjusted properties, which should be resolved immediately, fairly and definitively, otherwise it is possible that all parties may incur damages.
